HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1:It's super simple to get started. Fill out your introductory application and within a few hours a Cardio HIIT Club Coach will contact you to set up your FREE consultation and introductory session. Don't worry, this is probably the toughest step of all. This 1st step is only the beginning!

STEP 2:Once you're application is submitted and approved, a Cardio HIIT Club Remote Coach will reach out to set up your FREE discovery session. Here's where you meet your coach, go over your specific goals, questions or concerns you may have. Once all of your questions have been answered, your coach will discuss the program that's the right one for you.

STEP 3:Next you'll have everything you need to start your meal prep, weekly grocery list, food exchanges, as well as your weekly training sessions, and weekly check-ins with your nutrition consultant. You'll have full support of your Cardio HIIT Club team as well as awesome accountability to make sure you stay on track and start seeing the results you deserve.

STEP 4:We start out in Phase 1: Basic movements to help increase the integrity of your ligaments, joints and tendons. Phase 2: This is where we increase the type and frequency or where we begin "working out". Phase 3: Now were ready to begin "Training" by increasing the weight, sets, reps and intensity of your program. Get ready for some exciting changes in your life!
